Colleen's teachings are the culmination of 12 years of dedicated study and immersive spiritual practice, including six years spent in the sacred landscapes of India, Thailand, and Bali.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Human Sexuality, this professional teaching background is seen in her rare gift for taking profound mystical concepts and making them accessible, clear, and practical for anyone.
As a certified 1000 hour yoga teacher, Colleen has trained extensively across a spectrum of disciplines, including Kundalini Yoga, Akhanda Yoga, Shakta Tantra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Somatics. Her learning journey is enriched by advanced studies in Tantra, energy work, and facilitation arts, which add depth and versatility to her approach.
Her Kundalini path has been shaped by assisting three Kundalini Masters. Over the years these close relationships evolved into informal apprenticeships, where she gained insight into the unique methodologies and their approaches to Kundalini Energy.
Motivated by the male-dominated leadership in the Kundalini Space, Colleen was inspired to bring a distinctly feminine touch to this sacred energy work. Kundalini is a feminine energy after all.
